Sentigraphs aggregates publicly available market data and public social and news text, applies automated sentiment analysis, and presents the results. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Accounts may be suspended or removed for abuse.

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the service;
• circumvent rate limits, authentication, or the terms of any upstream data provider;
• use the service to manipulate markets, promote securities, or spread misinformation;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;

Journal notes, watchlists, and other entries you create remain yours. You grant Sentigraphs the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the features you use. You are responsible for the content you submit.

The service displays data, embeds, and links from third parties. Their content is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Sentigraphs has no control over and accepts no responsibility for it or for its availability.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Sentigraphs does not warrant that data will be accurate, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentigraphs and its operators will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including reliance on any data, sentiment score, backtest, or options figure shown here.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentigraphs and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, and you may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any claim arising hereunder.
