Accessibility statement
Last updated August 17, 2026
Our commitment
Sentigraphs aims to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act expectations for online services as the baseline for this work.
Conformance status
Sentigraphs is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of the interface meets the standard, but some parts do not yet. This statement is based on internal review rather than a third-party audit.
Automated test results
Every key page is scanned with axe-core against the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rule sets. The most recent run is published below, pass or fail.
Pass — 0 automated violations across 12 pages

Automated testing catches roughly a third of WCAG issues. It is run with bun run a11y against the running app and the result is published here unedited; manual keyboard and screen-reader checks continue alongside it.
What is in place
- A "skip to main content" link as the first keyboard stop on every page.
- Semantic landmarks (header, main, footer) and a single H1 per page.
- Keyboard-operable controls with visible focus outlines, including dialogs that trap and restore focus.
- Text alternatives and accessible names on icon-only buttons and toggles.
- A dark high-contrast palette chosen for readable text and non-text contrast.
- Direction of change conveyed by sign and label, not color alone.
- Layout that reflows to 320px and supports 200% zoom.
Known limitations
- Charts. Price, sentiment, and options charts are visual; underlying numbers are shown in adjacent tables and summaries, but full point-by-point screen reader narration is not available yet.
- Live feeds. Auto-refreshing chat and quote panels update without an announcement in some cases. Turning off "Live" mode makes updates manual.
- Third-party embeds. X and Reddit widgets are rendered by those platforms and their accessibility is outside our control.
- Dense data tables. Some options tables scroll horizontally on small screens.
Feedback and reporting a barrier
Sentigraphs is an online-only service with no mailing address. If any part of the site blocks you, use the contact option on the site to report it. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you used. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to fix confirmed blocking issues as a priority. If we cannot make something accessible, we will offer the information another way.
