Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Sentigraphs does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
You can still record an opt-out below. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically as a valid opt-out request, without requiring an account.
Preferences
Sign-in session, your disclosure acknowledgement, your privacy choices, and a random visitor id. Always on — the app cannot work without it.
Counts how features are used and stores which page you were on when you accepted the disclosures. Off by default.
- Sentigraphs (first-party) — Counts page views and feature usage in our own database. No third party receives the data.
Third-party social widgets (X timelines, Reddit embeds). Those platforms load their own scripts, set their own cookies, and see your IP address. Off by default.
- X Corp. — Renders embedded X timelines. Sets X cookies and receives your IP address. · counts as sharing under CPRA
- Reddit, Inc. — Renders embedded Reddit threads. Sets Reddit cookies and receives your IP address. · counts as sharing under CPRA
Sentigraphs does not sell personal information. Turning this on records the opt-out and immediately blocks every third-party widget that could constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
File a privacy request
Use this form to record a sale/share opt-out or to request access, correction, or deletion. An opt-out takes effect in this browser the moment you submit it: every third-party widget that could constitute sharing is unloaded immediately, and the choice is written to the audit trail below.
No account required. Verified through control of the email address where relevant.
Account security
Protect the account itself: add an authenticator-app code on top of your password, or end every active session at once.

Erase everything
Want a clean slate? This removes your data outright instead of filing a request — with a two-step "are you sure" confirmation, because it cannot be undone.

Categories collected and disclosed
- Identifiers — email address, account id, IP address. Source: you and your browser. Purpose: authentication, security. Disclosed to: hosting, database, and auth service providers, for business purposes only.
- Internet activity — pages requested, timestamps, user agent, and (only with analytics consent) the page where you accepted the disclosures. Purpose: reliability, abuse prevention, product usage counts.
- User content — watchlist symbols and journal entries you create. Purpose: providing the feature. Private to your account.
No sensitive personal information is collected, no personal information is used for profiling or automated decisions with legal effects, and none is used for advertising. Data is retained until you delete it or ask for account removal; logs are retained for a short operational period.
Access, correction, deletion, and portability
California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, and request a portable copy — and may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Watchlist and journal rows can be deleted directly in the app at any time. For anything else, or to have your account removed, use the contact option on the site; Sentigraphs is online-only and has no mailing address. We verify requests through control of the account email address, and respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 more where permitted). An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission.
